My journey from a Software Engineer to a dedicated Industrial Real Estate Negotiator has been nothing short of transformative. This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering guidance and support of my mentors, colleagues, and the incredible team at Shijie Property over the past decade.

I extend my deepest appreciation to my clients, whose trust in my expertise, particularly in industrial properties across Penang and Kedah, has been the driving force behind my passion for this industry.
